Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for next talented Video Audit Specialist.
**?Abilities**:
- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt
- Problem-solving
**Activities**:
- Review and analyze footage. Form opinions about the decisions the Drivers made.
- Provide recommendations to Safety Managers and/or Fleet Managers regarding follow up training that needs to take place.
- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls
- Provide effective resolution to driver issues on a consistent basis
- Ensure that drivers are given the support that is needed daily
Important:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems
- Ability with software systems
