UrVenue is looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team! As a 3D Designer, you will play a key role in modeling interactive 3D representations of our customer venues to support seating, transactions, and venue navigation within our platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital venue experiences in the hospitality and entertainment industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality 3D models of venue layouts, including tables, seating arrangements, and floor plans.
- Develop interactive 3D environments for real-time venue visualization, booking, and transactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration into the UrVenue platform.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to accurately model venue layouts based on specifications.
- Implement lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques to enhance user engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging 3D technologies to improve workflows and visualization techniques.
- Organize and maintain source files, ensuring all project assets and rendered outputs are properly saved to the company's Google Drive.
- Upload finalized 3D models to the company’s Sketchfab account for client access and internal review.




**Required Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in 3D modeling and visualization.
- Proficiency in Maya.
- Experience with texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Basic knowledge of interactive UI/UX principles in a 3D environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients.
**It's a plus qualifications**:
- Experience with Sketchfab, including uploading, managing, and optimizing 3D models for presentation.
- Experience working with CAD files, blueprints, or architectural drawings.
- Understanding of 3D optimization techniques for seamless user experiences.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venue design.
- Familiarity with Google Drive for efficiently organizing, storing, and sharing project files.
