We are searching the best talent for Senior Supervisor Events to be inCiudad de México - México
Prepare regular and ad hoc integrated data analyses from event information to support event management and identify potential marketing opportunities.
Create and share standardized reports on event execution aligned with business objectives.
Track and analyze sales force performance related to events.
Analyze and interpret both internal and external factors affecting events.
Provide insights to medical and marketing management on event effectiveness.
Troubleshoot inquiries regarding account alignments and performance data, offering actionable insights.
Lead and manage special projects with cross-functional teams.
Prepare presentations and reports to support sales conferences and meetings.
Utilize or coordinate business systems to gather key information on sales, costs, and key activities.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.
6 - 8 years of experience in marketing-related roles (event management, logistics assistance, marketing support, or similar positions).
Experience in high-cost pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel skills; basic knowledge of Power BI and other digital tools (preferred).
Strong customer service orientation and flexibility
