- **Essential Job Functions**:_
- Conduct new hire check in calls at 7, 30, 60 and 90 days
- Assist with driver’s issues reported by drivers and dispatchers and support operations management with solving
- Identify drivers who are potential retention issues and keep in close contact to correct their situation
- Proactively call drivers to identify any potential problems/obtain general feedback
- Conduct Exit Interviews for resigning drivers and identify opportunities for retention
- Ability to build genuine rapport with drivers




- Assist with booking travel for drivers when applicable
- **Preferred Experience**:_
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related role
- Experience in Trucking/Logistics is preferred but not required

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
