Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Engineer located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Understand change control system (Agile) for the creation and implementation of new Items / Documents.
- Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques.
- Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
- Leads project follow up meetings with the customer and with the team members assigned to the projects.
- In charge of the change control for the implementation of the new customer change required.
- Execute the FAI / OQ validations.
- Responsible of the validation report creation and implementation.
- Responsible of the BOM,



Items, RMS creation and implementation.
- Create tool orders in ERP system to support the manufacturing of detail and assembly tools for internal and external suppliers.
- Support in the root cause analysis.
- Support in daily process line requirements.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Advanced English
- Experience in Similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
- Knowledge in projects management.
- Software Skills: Minitab / Project.
