About the Role:
- Develop and maintain the factory master production schedule (MPS).
- Analyze manufacturing capacity, including labor, equipment, and shift structures.
- Build and manage Excel-based models to simulate manufacturing processes.
- Track performance metrics like OTD and backlogs and adjust schedules as needed.
- Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and inventory teams.
- Align production with demand forecasts through SIOP/MPS processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on schedule adherence and capacity.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for on-time delivery.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in factory production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.




- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and project/factory scheduling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, routings, and work orders.
- Experience in EMS environments, particularly SMT.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
