**Summary**:
As a NPI Project manager you will work closely within a small dynamic team to complete several small to large projects. You will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. You will lead daily meetings to review project progression, performance of team members and recourse management. Need to be fluent in English.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take direction from Sr. Project manager to perform projects in direct support of bracing development activities
- **Plan and implement small to mid-size projects while developing project scope, goals and deliverables**:
- **Work with cross functional team members to drive schedule and budget for the project**:
- Manage the project budget
- Allocate project resources
- **Present stakeholder reports on progress as well as problems and solutions**:
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical)
- 2+ years of related experience or some experience with master’s degree in engineering
- **NPI proven experience**:
- **Problem solving and leadership skills**:
- **Excellent written and oral communication skills**:
- **Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills.**:
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and or change management
- Should be adaptable to travel up to 5% of time / Valid USA visa.
