**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- API Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Azure & Power Platform Product Utilization: Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Framework, Azure Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services to build a robust chatbot solution.
- Data Storage Architecture**: Design, connect, and manage diverse data sources such as relational databases, vector databases, document repositories, and SharePoint to support AI solutions.
- AI and LLM Utilization: Leverage large language models to optimize Microsoft Copilot’s functionality for natural language understanding and task execution.
- UX/UI Design: Use Markdown, HTML, and CSS to customize the look and feel of chatbot messages and chatbot user interface.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, end-users, and other developers to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:




- Experience in **developing solutions with** Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure Logic apps.
- Strong knowledge of **API development, integration, and management.**
- Experience** integrating systems** using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and OpenAuth.
- Proficiency in **programming and scripting** languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of **data** repositories, search, and indexing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, Azure Logic, or the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Familiarity with **generative AI workflows and tools**.
- Experience working in a development team using the **Agile methodology.**:
- Microsoft Azure **Certifications** such as Azure Data Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, or Azure Solutions Architect.
- Knowledge of** DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.**:
- Background in crafting conversational** AI or virtual assistants.
