**Job Description: Buyer/Material Planner**
**Location**: Mexico City (zona Polanco II) and GDL (2 cuadras de Centro Magno).

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and determine the purchasing needs of the organization.
- Work with Production departments to forecast demand, evaluate inventory levels, and place internal orders.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage costs to identify potential cost reduction areas and analyze the impact of price changes on goods and services.
- Procure materials using knowledge of current inventory levels for required items.
- Create purchase orders using defined procurement protocols.
- Assist in receiving purchased materials and services, and maintain detailed records of purchases and stock.
- Closely monitor deliveries and any overdue shipments.
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage their performance.




- Conduct routine business reviews with suppliers, evaluating their performance and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English (C1, C2)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in supply chain management or a related field.
**Soft Skills**:
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage, set, and clearly communicate goals and objectives.
- Strong time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
**Technical Skills**:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Must**: Experience with **Oracle** and background in telecommunications or construction.
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **ONSITE**.
**Salary**: 18,000 to 21,000 MXN net per month.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
