The **Legal Clerk** position works with the Legal Assistants to correctly organize and maintain a tracking system for electronic files. This position is also responsible for clerical work within the office and serves in a support role to the Legal Assistant position.
**Essential Functions**
- Organize and maintain the filing system for all electronic files.
- Work with Legal Assistants to assist in clerical work, including but not limited to setting up files.
- Preparing demand letters for clients.
- Always maintain confidentiality.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
This is a **FULL-TIME position**,



and hours of work are between Monday and Friday with a pre-approved schedule.
**Required Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or GED.
- Requires up to one year of experience in a similar clerical position.
**The salary would be $14k -$16k monthly**.
**English level**: Fluent English with a tiny accent or Native
