- 开发并评估墨西哥本地符合公司战略的门窗五金供应商Develop and evaluate local suppliers in Mexico for door/window hardware aligned with company strategy.
- 管理供应商全周期合作，确保交期、质量与成本目标达成Manage supplier lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost optimization.
- 主导压铸 / 冲压 / 注塑 / 机加工等工艺物料的采购流程及成本核算Lead procurement processes and cost analysis for die casting, stamping, injection molding, and machining materials.
- 监控市场趋势与价格波动，制定采购策略Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to develop procurement strategies.
- 执行供应商绩效评估及战略合作协议谈判Conduct supplier performance evaluations and negotiate long-term strategic agreements.
**任职要求 | Qualifications**
- 2 年以上制造业采购或供应商开发经验，熟悉墨西哥供应链2+ years in manufacturing procurement/supplier development with knowledge of Mexican supply chains.




- 精通金属加工工艺（压铸 / 冲压 / 机加）及成本核算逻辑Expertise in metal processing (die casting/stamping/machining) and cost analysis methodologies.
- 具备优秀谈判能力与跨文化沟通技巧（需流利西班牙语 + 英语）Strong negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication (Fluent in Spanish + English).
- 能独立解决交付异常、质量问题等供应链风险Ability to independently resolve supply chain risks (delays, quality issues).
- 熟练使用 ERP 系统及数据分析工具Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
**优先条件 | Preferred Skills**
- 有建筑五金 / 汽车零部件行业经验者优先Experience in architectural hardware/automotive components preferred.
- 熟悉 ISO 质量管理体系或墨西哥贸易法规Knowledge of ISO standards or Mexican trade regulations is a plus.
