**Job Description: Graduate Program for Women Engineers**
**Location**: Multiple Locations in Mexico
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Graduate Program
**Program Duration**: 24 months
**About the Program**

As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience in key engineering functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of technology and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
During the program, you will rotate through 4 engineering disciplines, which will include:
**Manufacturing & Production**:



Optimize production processes, quality control, and automation systems.
**Sustainability & Energy Efficiency**: Work on projects related to green energy, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable engineering solutions.
**Project Management**: Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
You will have opportunities to:
Work with senior engineers and industry experts.
Develop technical and leadership skills through structured training.

**Who We Are Looking For**
**Recent graduates (or final-year students)** with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent
**Passion for innovation** and a drive to make an impact in engineering and technology.
**Problem-solving mindset** with strong analytical and technical skills.
**Collaboration and communication skills** to work effectively in divers teams.
**Fluency in English** (+ a local languages are a plus).
