The Cloud & Strategy Manager is a key leadership role within the IT Infrastructure department, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with the organization’s integral business objectives. Reporting directly to the Global Infrastructure Director, this role will oversee cloud migration efforts, optimize existing infrastructure, and drive innovation in line with industry trends. The Cloud & Strategy Manager will ensure that cloud services are secure, scalable, & cost-effective, while also collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and an IT professional team.
**Responsabilidades**:
**Cloud Strategy Development**
- Develop & implement a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
**Cloud Architecture Design**
- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Design and manage hybrid or multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems.
**Cloud Migration Management**
**Security and Compliance**
- Implement robust security measures, including IAM, data encryption, and threat detection.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) in cloud environments.
**Cost Management**
- Optimize cloud spending using tools like AWS Cost Explorer or Azure Cost Management.
- Work with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for cloud services.
**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**
- Utilize monitoring tools (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) to track & optimize cloud performance
- Implement continuous improvement processes for cloud operations.
**Vendor and Stakeholder Management**
- Manage relationships with cloud service providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs & budget constraints
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders on cloud initiatives, challenges, & opportunities.

- Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
- Lead the evaluation and pilot of new cloud technologies.
**Governance and Policy Development**
- Establish & enforce governance policies related to cloud usage, data management, & access controls

**Technical Skills**:

- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automating cloud infrastructure.
- **Cloud Security**: Knowledge of IAM, data encryption, and compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
