**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- 1 year of experience as a mass recruiter for operational and administrative positions in the United States.
- Verifiable B2 or C1 English level
- Recruiting within the United States.
- Ability to recruit more than 6 people per month.
- High school or above
- English Fluency
