Why We Need You
We are seeking a IT Solutions & Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering seamless integrations for new customers. From project kick-off to go-live, you’ll ensure that the implementation process is smooth, efficient, and technically sound. Your focus will include setting up and troubleshooting integrations like SSO, SCIM, and xAPI, addressing technical issues, and ensuring customers receive proactive, world-class support throughout their journey with Sana.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in utilizing our learning software effectively.
- Set up and troubleshoot integrations such as SSO, SCIM, and xAPI.
- Provide technical guidance to customers’ IT teams on RESTful API integrations.
- Lead 1:1 customer trainings, meetings, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Proactively follow up on project plans, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure technical success.
What You Bring




- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with SSO and provisioning issues.
- Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub (coding knowledge is a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Written fluency in English and the ability to manage expectations effectively.
- A quick learner with the ability to work autonomously after onboarding.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in project management or client-facing technical support roles.
- A growth mindset and ability to think both critically and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Bonus:
- Led a team and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Pay: $314.00 - $400.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
Work Location: Remote
