Be part of the Dream Home Roofers campaign — a rapidly growing U.S. roofing company offering free roof inspections to homeowners in **New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland**, regions often hit by hail, snow, and storms. As an **Appointment Setter**, you'll connect with homeowners using an automated dialer, qualify interest, and schedule inspections. **No selling — just offer the free service and pass the lead to our confirmation team.**
***Job Summary**:
- Make outbound calls via automated dialer
- Offer free roof inspections — no upfront sales
- Qualify interest and set the appointment (transferred to closers)
- Work with both double leads (homeowner couples) and single leads
- Document call results in CRM
- Hit weekly targets — **just 12 confirmed appointments/week** to unlock bonuses

***Requirements**:
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written)
- Minimum **B2 English**; **C1 preferred** (for objection handling and notes)
- ** 1 year** of call center experience (or 6 months if strong in sales)
- ** Sales experience required**:
