**More about the role**:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Mexicali with Signify.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop standards supporting production system
- Act as project leader for improvement (production, documentation). in order to increase the efficiency of production and organization.
- Ensure creation of technical conditions such that the production process is disrupted as little as possible.
- Hold responsibility for proper/successful delivery of new products and processes.
- Contribute to team at startup in production through technical support and guidance, so that the production process is improved.
- Bring knowledge and experience, and give guidance to the working groups to co
- develop, innovate and improve production tools and processes for optimizing the long term.
- Sustaining Engineering for assigned products.
- Manage budget of improvement projects
- Ensure quality of production output meets target.

- Broadened specialized theoretical knowledge of generic products/services and the surrounding organization to optimize the relevant processes.
- Engineering Bachelor and NPI experience
- Process Engineering and BOM Set Up
- SAP PR3, Solidworks or AutoCad would be a PLUS
- Project management techniques
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Experience on Industrial Engineering and Process Control & Improvement.
- Track record of improvement projects both implemented individually and working within a cross functional team.
- English is required
