**Position Objective**:
We are seeking an **Infrastructure Project Manager** with solid experience in residential and industrial construction. The primary responsibility will be to lead, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects, ensuring their technical, financial, and legal feasibility, as well as meeting the established quality, schedule, and profitability targets.
This position will report directly to **General Management**. Therefore, we require a **self-sufficient, proactive, and results-driven** professional capable of managing projects **independently**, taking initiative to achieve strategic objectives with mínimal operational supervision.
Additionally, **own vehicle and willingness to travel locally between project sites is required**.
**Profile Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (with professional license - mandatory)
**Experience**:
- Minimum 7 years managing residential and industrial construction projects
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Civil, hydraulic, and industrial construction methods
- Industry-related laws and regulations
- Comprehensive project management (planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure)
**Languages**:




- Advanced English (oral and written - mandatory)
**Software Skills**:
- MS Office
- AutoCAD
- OPUS
- SAP (desirable)
**Additional Requirements**:
- Own vehicle and ability to travel between construction sites as needed

- Structure, coordinate, and supervise concessioned infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with schedules, quality standards, and financial goals
- Prepare technical and financial progress reports directly for General Management
- Manage relationships with clients, authorities, and internal teams
- Handle permitting and approvals with public and private entities
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations
