**Responsibilities**:
- **Product and posture alignment**: collaborate with internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Level Access products and the organizational security and privacy program and maintain this understanding as these areas evolve.
- **Questionnaires**:fill out customer security questionnaires that come through from Sales, Renewals or other sources.
- **Customer service**: provide timely response to new requests for information and steadfastly follow all requests through to timely completion, collaborating with others to source information where vital.
- **Record keeping**: use existing company tools and processes and ensure we keep records and an audit trail of all responses.
- **Ad hoc support**: provide other technical compliance writing to support internal and external teams as requested.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field, with validated experience in information technology writing.
- Approach dedicated to the customer, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy to meet demand,



while exercising good judgement to advance when vital.
- Excellent written communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business collaborators to capture information and requirements.
- Ability to collaborate optimally with peers.
- Good management of time with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and an eye for prioritization.
- Approach to knowledge management with curiosity and passion for seeking answers in ambiguous environments and bringing order to chaos.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
**Desired, but not required**:
- Understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts.
- Understanding of web accessibility.
