**AIM OF THE POSITION**
Support Quality Site Manager to fulfill actions, requirements and practices that meet the true interpretation of the QMS.
**ROLES**
- Develop & Assure Quality Culture on products and processes
- Identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements
- Ensuring that products are in accordance with customer requirements in terms of specifications and applicable documents
- Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective actions
- Ensure performance & monitoring KPI’s related to Quality processes
- Monitor & implement corrective actions regarding audit results
- Monitor & implement corrective actions regarding customer claims
- Create FAI (First Article Inspection)




- Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Quality Product
- Take an active role in all QA associated communication including continuous improvement.
**DYSFUNCTION/ANOMALIES MANAGEMENT**
- Controlling all documentation to ensure complaint deliveries
- Reporting all issues detected within production process to Quality Department
- Initiate and/or participate in 8D’s and 5 Why’s analysis when dysfunction detected or non-conformances are declared
- Provide technical and administrative support as required
- Support and attend internal/external meetings as required
