**About the role**:
Design, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the company's presence in B2B and B2C markets, focused on innovative therapies with virtual reality. Your work will be key to generate qualified leads, improve brand positioning and contribute directly to business growth, especially in US markets.
**What You’ll Do**
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Write persuasive copy and collaborate with graphic designers for performance-focused pieces.
- Set up and integrate ad accounts and portfolio structures for campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze and present detailed KPIs and results reports to internal stakeholders or clients.
- Keep up-to-date with digital advertising policies and market trends in industries related to mental health, technology and wellness.
- Research markets and target audiences to adapt messages and strategies.
- Propose data-driven improvements and continuously optimize active campaigns.




- Present results and strategies clearly and professionally to teams and clients (in Spanish and English).
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2 years of verifiable minimum experience in digital campaigns for B2B and B2C markets.
- Basic knowledge in graphic design oriented to advertising campaigns (collaboration with designers).
- Ability for data analysis, metrics interpretation and reporting.
- Experience managing social networks with commercial and performance focus.
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2-C1): essential for reading technical resources and communicating with clients in the US.
- Previous experience collaborating with 1-2 US companies will be an asset.
