**CRM & Data Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- CRM Administration & Optimization: Maintain, configure, and optimize the CRM system to support call center operations.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Develop and refine workflows, automation, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
- User Training & Support: Train employees on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Analytics & Reporting: Generate reports and insights to measure call center performance, customer interactions, and sales trends.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- System Integration: Oversee CRM integrations with other tools, such as phone systems, lead management software, and marketing platforms.
- Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure CRM practices comply with relevant data protection regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a call center environment.




- Strong understanding of customer data management and reporting.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Convoso, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or others).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications if possible:
- Experience with call center operations and lead management.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws like TCPA and DNC (Telephone Consumer Protection Act and National Do Not Call Registry)
