**Company Description**
As the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Oversee raw material and finished goods inventories, conducting regular cycle counts, and addressing discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve any transportation issues.
- Forecasting & Accrual: Develop and manage accurate logistics spent forecasts and handle monthly accrual processes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead warehouse and logistics staff, setting priorities, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet operational goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work closely with procurement, production, quality, planning and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, and warehouse management systems.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Certifications: Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to logistics and warehouse operations**.**
