Scout Solar MX is a remote solutions company and a subdivision of the company based in Tempe, AZ. We specialize in the design, engineering, construction and financial management of commercial-grade solar systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and interpret data from solar inverters and monitoring platforms
- Manage and validate data acquisition systems
- Collaborate with the O&M; team to evaluate and optimize solar asset performance
- Prepare performance reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Support investor communication and relationship management
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English** (C1 or higher) — you will be tested on this
- Highly **organized**, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong **communication skills** — able to listen, understand challenges,



and propose appropriate solutions
- Basic understanding of business principles
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, or any related analytical background.
- No prior solar energy experience is required, but it is considered a plus
