- The **MES/Traceability Specialist**is a member of the OP Mobility Lighting Manufacturing & Engineering team.
- He/she have leadership role inside is perimeter.
- He/she supports manufacturing centers in traceability activities for machinery and equipment.
- Effectively, independently, and responsibly cooperates with internal partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and follows the instructions of their supervisor.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage and control all activities functional & hierarchical inside the perimeter.
- Participation in the creation and implementation of new production systems.
- He/she is responsible to ensure the right implementation and analysis of MES/Traceability system in term of software requirements.
- Manage internal production traceability constraints and deviations
- Manage remote work in traceability system
- MES Management




- Manage improvement activities with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Traceability system changes management and implementation
- Propose and manage internal improvements.
- KPIs Monitoring, Control Performance, Follow-Up & Reporting.
PDCA, Monitoring & Visual Management.
- Technical Baccalaureate Degree preferred or equivalent.
Industrial Engineer Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 Years experiences in Automotive Manufacturing:
- Methods Manufacturing and Standardization.
- Quality Insurance.
- Having basic knowledge of information systems
- PLC programming - recommended
- Knowledge of production systems
- Knowledge of physical and computer flow modeling
- Basic knowledge of the different manufacturing processes
- Knowledges on automotive assembly process
- Problems solving
- Planning & Prevention.
- Manage Risks & Opportunities.
- Understanding of nomenclatures, diagrams
