We are looking for a **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer** to join our team and help design, develop, and integrate robust solutions that align with our business goals.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless performance of marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and integrate information systems to meet the company’s needs
- Assess the systems architecture currently in place and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
- Resolve technical issues promptly and effectively as they arise
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams working with Marketing Cloud solutions
- Research current and emerging technologies to propose updates to existing infrastructure
- Inform stakeholders about technical challenges with implemented solutions
- Assess the business impact of technical decisions and architectural changes
- Develop and optimize custom journeys, triggers, and workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure high performance and scalability of integrated platforms
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation tools, and CRM platforms
- Expertise in creating and managing systems architecture and integrations
- Strong understanding of resolving technical challenges and optimizing systems
- Background in technical supervision and development team guidance
- Flexibility to adopt emerging technologies and administer process improvement efforts
