We are seeking a **Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer** to design, develop, and integrate tailored solutions that align with our strategic business goals.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enhance marketing automation and customer engagement strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Build and deploy information systems tailored to the company’s objectives
- Analyze current systems architecture and propose improvements for operational efficiency
- Resolve technical issues effectively to ensure mínimal disruption
- Supervise development teams in implementing Marketing Cloud solutions
- Explore emerging technologies to recommend updates to enhance infrastructure
- Communicate technical challenges and limitations of implemented solutions to stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of technical decisions and architectural changes on the business
- Develop, configure, and optimize custom journeys, triggers, and workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure the seamless performance and scalability of platform integrations
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, automation tools, and CRM platforms
- Expertise in architecture design and systems integration strategies
- Strong understanding of technical problem-solving and system optimization
- Background in team supervision and guiding technical development efforts
- Flexibility to leverage new technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives
