We are seeking a **Lead Adobe AEM Developer** to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining AEM components to enhance the functionality of our website. Collaborating closely with a skilled team, you will ensure adherence to high-quality standards in our development efforts. **Responsibilities**
- Develop AEM components to improve website features and performance
- Write unit tests to uphold code reliability
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Perform evaluations to ensure code alignment with development guidelines
- Coordinate with team members to achieve project objectives
- Take part in planning sessions and design discussions
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of expertise in Java Development
- Background in Adobe Experience Manager
- Skills in AEM Components and AEM Digital Assets Management
- Understanding of AEM Multi-Site Manager and Language Copies
- Proficiency in performing code reviews and overseeing quality assurance
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Competency in English communication
**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of Akamai solutions
- Background in Cloud Computing Best Practices
- Understanding of techniques in Content Migration
