We are seeking a dedicated **Senior Manual/Automation QA Engineer** with strong expertise in Tosca to join our team and contribute to a Salesforce-driven telecommunications project.
The role focuses on enhancing the current Salesforce support system for Connect and supporting sustained business growth through effective testing and automation.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with testing peers to maintain deliverable quality standards
- Report QA metrics and data to clients for actionable insights
- Engage with client managers and developers to ensure clear requirements and testing updates
- Coordinate efforts with third-party vendors for efficient testing and integrated systems
- Perform regression testing at scale to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Address potential challenges proactively and recommend process enhancements
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing, Tosca, and QA methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce in contexts relevant to testing and quality assurance
- Understanding of testing principles, prioritization methods, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Background in developing automation testing approaches using Tosca
- Familiarity with testing concepts, practices, and strong technical proficiency
**Nice to have**
- Understanding of both Salesforce and Tricentis Tosca
- Proficiency in hybrid testing approaches combining manual and automation
