**ADD JOBS DESCRIPTION ACTIVITIES**:
- Perform reconciliation between the General ledger (GL) and OneStrem.
- Asist in data analysis by downloading and organizing Alldims and GL data.
- Help coordinate and set up meetings ensuring smooth collaborations across teams.
- Support with note-talking during key discussion and follows-ups
- Contribute to ERP implementatiosn tasks gaining exposure to enterprise systems
- and transformations project
**Add requiere knowledge according to Job Descrption**:
- Foundational Knowledge
- Finance and Accouting principles: Understanding of general ledger (GL) reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Economics Basics: Ability to interpret economic indicator and their impact of financial analysis
- IT/System Awareness: Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables and data manipulations
- Data handling: Ability to work with datasets (e.g. AllDims, GL data) download and organize them for analysis
- Meeting Tools: Experience with Outlook, Teams, Or Zoom for scheduling and collaboration
- Documentation: : Note-talking summarizing discussions, and organizing actionitems clearly
- Analytical & soft skills
- Attention to Detail:



Especially important for reconciliations and data validation.
- Problems Solving: Ability to Assist in indentifying discrepancies, or inefficiencesin processes
- Communication: clear written and verbal communication for documenting notes and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Initative: Wilingness to take ownership of small tasks and follow through
