Quality Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division in Americas.
You will be mainly accountable for:




- Collaborate in developing and improving essential quality documentation, including quality gates, work instructions, visual aids, and rework instructions for current and new production lines.
- Contribute to the development of digital quality checklists to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on defining action plans during quality circle meetings
- Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Students from careers like industrial, electrical, mechanical engineering or related.
- Advanced English level.
- Proactive & Communication Skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Quality standards.
