Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK
- Spearhead the development transition and optimization of mobile apps to React Native, ensuring a smooth, responsive, and consistent user experience on both iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design architecture, define technical solutions, and deliver polished features from concept to release.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and improve performance across the stack, with a focus on React Native best practices.
- Maintain mobile code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Follow/update the release process for mobile apps, including app store submissions and version management.




- Mentor other engineers and promote best practices for mobile development, React Native architecture, and platform performance.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with 3+ years of professional experience building React Native apps.
- Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization in React Native.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps in the App Store and/or Google Play.
- Solid understanding of native iOS development (Swift, UIKit) to bridge platform-specific gaps when needed.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for mobile (Jest, Detox, Xcode testing tools, etc.).
- Proficient in CI/CD tools, mobile monitoring, and analytics to support performance and stability.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating closely with product and design.
