Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national channel strategy.
- Strengthen relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build joint business plans with channel partners.
- Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and strategic presentations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Support partners with commercial and technical guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced English (required).
- Proven experience managing industrial distribution channels.
- Strong background in B2B industrial sales.
- Strategic and consultative selling experience.
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred).
- CRM experience.
