We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Water Softener and Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. You will play a crucial role in our mission to promote solar energy and help our clients transition to a more sustainable future.
You will login to our software from your computer to make the calls, you don't have to dial by hand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Update and manage CRM software with customer information and call notes.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
**Requirements**:




- Native-level English proficiency.
- Strong sales experience and ability preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable laptop, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
