**Your Role as a Phone Sales Representative**
As our Phone Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company—the first impression for many new clients. Your role goes beyond answering questions: it’s about building trust, showing empathy, and confidently guiding leads into becoming long-term, happy clients.
- Communicate with clarity and enthusiasm.

- Follow up consistently and proactively with new leads and past clients to drive conversion and retention.
**What You’ll Do**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from leads.
- Convert new leads into clients by sending and explaining estimates.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and drive retention.
- Meet and exceed quotas for calls, conversions, and retention.
**What You’ll Love**

- Weekly pay
- Base salary: MX$8,000 + commissions (typical earnings MX$15,000-MX$35,000)
- Base salary plus performance bonuses

**What You’ll Need**
- Verifiable work experience in sales

- Fluent English o Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2)
