We are looking for an experienced **Lead ServiceNow Developer**to join our team and drive the development and improvement of our ServiceNow platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve platform issues, including bug fixes, to ensure seamless operation
- Handle and complete standard user requests efficiently
- Work on a backlog of platform enhancements to optimize functionality and the user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain and enhance the platform’s performance and reliability through ongoing support
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Expertise in ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Experience working with ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Ability to design and maintain dashboards within ServiceNow for analytics and reporting
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) modules and processes
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at B2 level or above
