We are looking for an experienced **Senior ServiceNow Developer**to join our team and lead the enhancement and management of our ServiceNow platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues to ensure seamless functionality
- Address and complete standard user requests in a timely manner
- Implement and prioritize backlog enhancements to optimize platform capabilities and user satisfaction
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and create tailored solutions
- Maintain and improve platform performance and reliability through ongoing support
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
- Practical experience with ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management)
- Ability to design and manage dashboards within ServiceNow for analytics and reporting purposes
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) modules and workflows
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
