This role is responsible for managing key HR processes, supporting operational and strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the payroll process through the TRESS system.- Develop and execute training plans for unionized personnel.- Oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services.- Manage operational recruitment processes.- Administer ILU programs.- Develop and implement communication plans.- Participate in employee onboarding and induction activities.-
- Conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors,



and union representatives.- Perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions.- Provide daily follow-up for new hires.- Prepare and deliver HR KPI reports.- Organize and participate in department events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist function.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience working with unionized environments is a plus.- Proficiency in HR systems; knowledge of TRESS is preferred.
