**Live Transfer Agent - Insurance Team**
ON SITE POSITION | Full-time | $15,000 MXN/monthly + Bonuses and Revenue
**About the Role**:
- We are looking for _**motivated, articulate, and goal-driven**_ _individuals to join our _**Insurance Live Transfer Team**_. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, pre-qualifying prospects, and _**warm-transferring**_ _interested leads to licensed insurance agents. _**No experience required**_ _— just great communication skills and a positive attitude!_
**What You’ll Do**:
- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients.
- **Pre-qualify** prospects and collect basic information.
- **Transfer warm leads** to licensed insurance agents.
- **Meet call volume and transfer targets**.
- Follow compliance and maintain accurate call records.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong **communication and listening skills**.
- Comfortable handling **high call volumes**.
- **Self-motivated** and reliable.
- Ability to **multitask** and stay organized.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- **Base Salary**: $15,000 MXN/month (before taxes)




- **Revenue & Attendance/Punctuality bonus**:
- **Weekly Pay** - Always on time
- Fixed schedules (choose one):
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Weekends OFF**:
- **Full legal benefits from day one**:
- **Transportation support**: $200 MXN/ FIRST week via URBANI
