**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Working closely with the P2P Manager, you will ensure the financial integrity of TUI legal entities by executing the Accounts Payables cycle in accordance with company policies.
- In this role, you're responsible for performing supplier account reconciliation and integrity checks, overseeing journal entries to ensure proper general ledger coding for month-end closing accuracy.




- Your responsibilities include managing timely payment proposals, supervising payment execution accuracy, and handling prepayments and ad hoc payments according to supplier contractual terms.
- As part of your duties, you will provide stakeholders with necessary KPI statistics and supplier account analyses while supporting the maintenance of manuals and procedures.
- Leading a team of 5-10 members, you'll coordinate daily work to achieve objectives while managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development.
- We expect you to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and providing support to the P2P Manager, P2P Lead, and Finance Managers.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills (particularly Spanish or German) being advantageous.
- Proven experience in a Finance position, with a solid understanding of finance processes and procedures.
- Experience leading teams and thriving in multinational environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Asterix, or Oracle.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop great working relationships both internally and externally.
