Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor the Material Supervisor’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management.
- Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures
- Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
- Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering




- Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system
- Experience in Automotive Industry (desirable)
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Intermediate English
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
