**Responsabilidades**:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our Distribution Center (DC) operations, ensuring seamless material flow and logistics efficiency.
**Purpose**:
To coordinate and control DC operations, focusing on optimizing logistics processes and enhancing planning efficiency.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Oversee inventory control and accuracy within the DC.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance to internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and customer service teams.
- Manage logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, lead times, etc.).
- Supervise logistics and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in DC operations.
- Manage carrier performance and transportation costs.
- Guarantee compliance with customs and trade regulations.




- Participate in audits and support corrective actions related to DC and logistics.
**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, planning, or DC management.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced English level.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
