**Chief Technology Officer**
Location: CDMX (Onsite)
**Role Summary**
Lead the technology strategy and infrastructure of a high-availability payments platform, ensuring near-zero downtime, scalability, and compliance within the financial services environment.
**Qualifications are required to be considered for this position.**
- Must have experience working in **Banking or Financial Services industries**:
- 10+ yrs in tech **leadership in banking or financial services** with expertise in payment platforms.
- Proven experience with high-availability (HA) transactional platforms.
- Expertise in payments infrastructure, APIs, and real-time processing.
- Background in secure architecture (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.).
- English level: Advanced or Native.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Guarantee 99.99%+ system uptime across mission-critical payments infrastructure.
Modernize legacy systems while maintaining regulatory and data-security standards.
- Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals.




- Oversee platform architecture for scalability, resilience, and availability.
- Lead engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
- Drive cloud, API, and microservices adoption ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology compliance for financial systems.
**Compensation Details**
**Salary**: $290,000 MXN monthly
