We’re Hiring! - Document Control Specialist (Remote from **#Guadalajara**, Jalisco)
Are you an engineer who enjoys organization, accuracy, and working with data and documentation? We’re looking for a Document Control Specialist to join our Engineering team!
This role is perfect for professionals with backgrounds such as:
- Product Engineer, Manufacturing / Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Master Data Analyst or similar who have experience managing drawings, BOMs, or technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.**:
- **Maintain and release drawings, BOMs, and part records in the ERP system.**:
- **Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.**:
- **Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.**:
- **Support integration between SolidWorks/PDM and ERP systems.**
**Requirements**:
- **Degree in Engineering or related field.**:
- **2+ years of experience in documentation, product data,



or manufacturing engineering.**:
- **Familiarity with ERP or PDM systems (SolidWorks/Epicor is a plus).**:
- **Advanced English level (written and spoken).**
Location: Guadalajara, Jal. (Remote)
Salary range: $25,000 - $33,000 MXN monthly
