We are looking for a **Lead Backend/Full-stack Engineer** to spearhead the integration of Gen AI platforms using AWS Bedrock alongside cutting-edge web technologies.
In this role, you will oversee authentication, authorization, and API integration efforts to boost agent core functionalities. Join us and lead this groundbreaking project to deliver impactful solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather and clarify project requirements
- Integrate AWS services such as Bedrock through APIs and SDKs
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using AWS Cognito
- Design and build backend services primarily with Python
- Manage databases including PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Neptune
- Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of robust solutions
- Ensure seamless single sign-on (SSO) integration for agent core systems
- Maintain and enhance existing software and resolve issues promptly
- Document development workflows and code modifications
- Keep current with AWS technology advancements and industry best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
- Review code contributions to uphold quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of practical Backend/Full-stack development experience
- Strong command of Python programming language
- Proven experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Neptune
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.js
- Experience integrating APIs and SDKs, especially with AWS services
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock platform and its integration
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization implementation using AWS Cognito
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient English communication skills at B2+ level




**Nice to have**
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification
- Experience designing and integrating AI Agents
- Hands-on familiarity with Amazon Web Services platform
- Practical experience with AWS Bedrock integration
