We are looking for a **Chief Backend/Full-stack Engineer** to lead the integration of AI platforms with AWS Bedrock and cutting-edge web technologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze project requirements
- Integrate AWS services like Bedrock through APIs and SDKs
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using AWS Cognito
- Architect and develop backend services leveraging Python
- Manage databases including PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Neptune
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions
- Ensure seamless single sign-on (SSO) integration for agent core features
- Maintain and enhance existing codebases while resolving technical issues
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Document development workflows and code revisions
- Keep abreast of emerging AWS technologies and industry best practices
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of practical Backend development experience
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Experienced with databases such as PostgreSQL, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Neptune
- Skilled in JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, and Vue.js
- Experienced in integrating APIs and SDKs, especially AWS services
- Knowledgeable about AWS Bedrock platform and its integration
- Experienced with authentication and authorization via AWS Cognito
- Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proficient English communication skills at B2+ level




**Nice to have**
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate credential
- Experience designing and integrating AI Agents
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services environment
- Practical experience with AWS Bedrock integration
