**What you'll do at Insaite?**
As a Technical Lead, you will be a cornerstone of our technical team. You will focus on:
- **Lead and Mentor a Team of Engineers**: Guide the team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our platforms, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Drive the AI/ML Technical Strategy**: Oversee the technical direction and integration of our AI/ML services, ensuring we are leveraging the best tools and methodologies to build intelligent features.
- **Collaborate on Solving Complex Problems**: Use your analytical skills to research, diagnose, and solve complex technical challenges across our systems and models.
- **Stay Up-to-Date with New Technologies**: Research new technologies and methodologies to propose and implement improvements in our architecture, tools, and development processes.
**What do you need to join?**
We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and the right leadership attitude to grow with us.
- **Strong Programming Skills**: Proficiency in modern backend languages (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue).
- **Proven Experience as a Technical Lead**: Demonstrated ability to lead an engineering team, make critical architectural decisions, and successfully deliver complex projects.
- **Expertise in System Design**: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design (GraphQL/REST), and building high-performance, scalable systems.
- **Solid Understanding of AI/ML Concepts**: A strong grasp of the machine learning lifecycle,



from data pipelines and training to deployment and MLOps.
- **Experience with Cloud Platforms and DevOps**: Familiarity with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- **A Desire to Learn, Proactivity, and a Service-Oriented Attitude**: You maintain the curiosity to improve, the initiative to act, and the willingness to collaborate and empower your team.
