Key Responsibilities and Major Activities
1. To be the main liaison between the customer and CVG's manufacturing plant on issues related to product quality and product engineering support.
'2. Identify risks in customer assembly that may affect the product in order to propose design improvements that mitigate risks.
3. Communicate to the CVG Manufacturing plant the defects found at the customer's site, providing the most relevant information on the failure mode.
4. Perform root cause analysis from the client's process that substantiates the dispute of any reported quality defect that originates in the client's process.
5. Follow up with the Quality department in CVG's manufacturing plant for the timely response to the customer to the reported problems.
6. Negotiate PPMs and final results on scorecards with documented information that supports the dispute of results.
7. Certify and/or coordinate certification of material as a form of containment.
8. Carrying out repairs of non-conforming material with prior authorization from the client.
9. Evaluate the feasibility of engineering changes with the client prior to the release of the EDS as the first filter.
10. Follow up on the implementation of engineering changes in coordination with the CVG manufacturing plant.
11. Propose improvements in design based on observations of the customer's assembly process and manufacturing process in the CVG plant.
12. Participate in meetings with clients and/or internal CVG.

Visit plants of different customers to provide support according to customer/CVG needs.
