**Production Planning, Warehouse & Shipping Control Coordinator**:
We are looking for someone ready to become a key player in an industrial operation where every decision directly impacts the clients production continuity. This role participates in the daily planning of material flow within the plant, ensuring production, inventory, and shipments remain aligned with real demand. It is an opportunity to join a technical, results-driven environment where analysis, structure, and operational coordination are essential to sustain manufacturing performance.
**What are the main responsibilities?**:
- Analyze the customers production plan and translate it into clear internal operational priorities.
- Release and coordinate plating production orders considering lot sizes and inventory coverage.
- Monitor plated and non-plated inventories to prevent shortages or overproduction.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure operational sequencing meets committed delivery dates.
- Track work-in-process materials and anticipate risks related to delays or scrap.
- Manage the supply of non-plated parts with the customer when required by demand.
- Oversee warehouse control and ensure proper traceability by part number.
- Plan and coordinate daily shipments aligned with the customers firm schedule.
- Monitor operational KPIs and generate early alerts to prevent production line stoppages.
- Maintain constant communication with production, warehouse, and customer teams to ensure operational continuity.
**What requirements are important for the role?**:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Administration, Processes, or a related field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and control within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with part-number-based production schedules, order release, and daily demand control.
- Practical knowledge of production inventory control, reorder points, lot sizing, and work-in-process tracking.
- Experience coordinating directly with production, warehouse, and shipping teams inside a plant environment.
- Advanced Excel skills for operational analysis, inventory control, and production tracking.
- Conversational English proficiency (required).
- Desirable experience in metal-mechanic processes, plating, coatings, or discrete manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic production settings.
