Gordian Staffing, is looking for a **Training Developer** who will play a key role in shaping how our remote teams learn, grow, and succeed.
**About the Role**
As a Training Developer, you will design and deliver innovative training solutions that empower our Remote Team Members. From onboarding experiences to client-specific upskilling programs, your work will directly impact performance, engagement, and business success.
This role blends **creativity, structure, and strategy;**idóneo for someone who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful learning journeys.
**What You’ll Do**
- Design and develop training programs across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, self-paced, and more)
- Conduct training needs assessments for new hires and client-specific programs
- Create engaging, interactive content aligned with business goals
- Manage training projects end-to-end,



ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions
- Support training delivery for new hires when needed
- Maintain accurate training records and progress in the LMS
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating training effectiveness
- Creative approach to content design and learner engagement
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to transform complex information into clear, impactful learning
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in BPO environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Pay: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
